B-Lite implants are the product of 10 years of research, development and extensive testing. The proprietary design enables considerably reduced implant weight of up to 30% less than traditional silicone breast implants, while maintaining the desired shape, feel and volume of the augmented breast. All materials used in the production of B-Lite implants are well documented, safe, inert, biocompatible, and have a long history of use in medicine.
B-Lite implants use a standard silicone shell filled with the B-Lite gel. The weight reduction of up to 30% compared to traditional implants is achieved by filling the shell with microsphere enhanced cohesive, medical grade silicone gel.
